Q: What do you mean when you state that your products 100% Natural?
A: Our goal is to find products that do not contain chemicals and oil products that can harm our health, we sell products that are manufactured following all green technologies. Ingredients do not contain GMO and are grown in the most clean areas of the world. So our products are 100% natural!
Q: There are so many companies that offer products that look pretty much alike. Where is the catch?
A: It is obvious when there is a new effective product on the market most distributors try selling it. You are not surprised to see same gadgets all round the world. Our mission is to offer effective and harmless products for fair price. Sure not all of them are exclusive, but each product comes from a certified manufacturer.

Q: What is your business?
A: We sell high quality natural herbal supplements for various health conditions.
Q: Do I need a prescription to purchase your products?
A: No, you don't need a prescription to buy herbal products.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Right now we are accepting Visa, Mastercard. But we are adding new payment methods to be more convenient to work with.
Q: Do you offer free trials?
A: Sometimes we are giving small portions of our products as a present to orders for the purpose of promoting this new product. We do NOT charge for free products, we do NOT sell so-called "free subscriptions".
Q: Are there any hidden charges?
A: NO, you'll be notified about every single penny that you need to pay to get your order BEFORE you confirm a charge. After placing an order you will get an email with the list of your products and prices.
Q: I don't like when online shops send marketing emails almost every day.
A: Don't worry, we mostly send email about your current order (order status) and few email about very special offers. We understand that people hate those endless marketing emails. Also you may unsubscribe from any advertising email from our stores.
Q: When will you charge my card?
A: It usually takes from 6 to 48 hours to charge your card. We need to contact you to get confirmation for your order. So please enter the right phone number that it will be possible to get in touch with you.
Q: I need to cancel my order, is it possible?
A: Sure, you can cancel your order and get a refund if it was already charged in any moment until it gets the Approved status.
Q: When will I get my order? And how do I get my tracking number?
A: Please check out Delivery Policy for details about time of delivery. After your order get's shipped out you are emailed your tracking number.
Q: What about discounts?
A: We try to be as generous as possible. If you have seen a product offered for a cheaper price than Bestnat.com, please, contact our Customer Support to receive a discount coupon. All your future reorders are given a discount as well. We are constantly promoting different products and give the price that is lower than the average market price.
Q: Any over presents and free stuff besides discounts?
A: Sure, we give free products and additional units for certain products and orders. Also you can get free shipping.
Q: What is our re-order policy?
A: You can choose to be notified about re-order possibility for the product you purchased. However if you don't want to be disturbed do not choose re-order notification option on the checkout page.
